Tlos & Saklıkent

Begin the day with a guided visit to Tlos, one of the oldest and most significant settlements of Lycia, set on a hilltop with wide-ranging views over the surrounding valley. Explore its rock-cut tombs, Roman theatre, bath complex and layered history spanning Lycian, Roman and Ottoman periods.

Continue to Yakapark for lunch in a cool and shaded natural setting, surrounded by flowing spring water and mountain scenery.

In the afternoon, visit Saklıkent Gorge, one of the longest and most impressive gorges in the region. Walk through the canyon, following wooden walkways and shallow streams, with the option to venture further into the cooler, narrower sections for a more immersive experience.

For those looking for a little more activity, a short rafting experience of approximately 30 minutes can be arranged on the Xanthos River.

Comfortable shoes are recommended, along with a change of clothes.
